“dishonest and non ethical in dealing be aware HERTZ ”

i had taken a car from porto airport and after 4 days same time gave the car back at lisbon airport. everything was paid by my travel agent. I had taken the car at 10 52 am and 4 days after that i gave the car at 11.00 am same time. innocently i was not aware of it as i had to catch a flight to india. the rental guy kept me and my wife and child waiting with out luggage for 25 mins and they gave me voucher for 93 euros to be paid. when i inquired what was it regarding they said one time charge to be paid at different airport. I showed them receipt that my agent has already paid .they said no you have to pay at the time of giving back the car. after coming to india i inquired with my agent who took the matter in their hand and inquired with the company. the unethical person had charged me 1 day full rental for giving the car 32 mins late.11;24 was the time in the voucher. there is a grace period of 29 mins when you give your car back but the unethical person took 25 mins going to and fro and calling like for 3 times on the phone. I said i have to catch a flight to india and i have a small kid with me. after 25 mins he comes and gives me the final recipet with 93 euros in it. and the said its a different airport charges. just so that i am late by 29 mins they can charge full day rental. the guy did such thing with me. very unethical practise from herzt .
