“Pensioner rates my foot!!”

I went without an appointment to my Newcastle under Lyme branch. I was told the cost of a cut &blow dry to my hair would be £25, I agreed and was shampooed, and asked what style I would like. I described that I wanted the same style, but shorter. The stylist then said it would now cost £35 because she was restyling my hair!!!
I feel this was blatantly dishonest, and as my hair was soaking wet l could little about the very overpriced quote. I am almost 70 years old and live off my pension, but I have never taken money dishonestly in my life
