I am genuinely surprised at Evans only rating 3.9/5 as I found them excellent on all fronts, the staff at the Birmingham shop were Helpful, knowledgeable, always kept me updated when I was awaiting delivery of a new Bike and were a joy to deal with. Perhaps the only slight negative is that many of the cycles are on extended delivery times due to being "in stock at remote warehouse" as the website puts it, but other than that they are my first option for all things Cycle.
