Good Points
Not the most expensive seller.
Bad Points
Faulty goods, missing goods, lack of support during purchase, incorrect specification,
insufficient time for faulty good notification.
General Comments
"Spot On" Computers sold me an overpriced computer (our university runs a purchasing mafia) that had: the network card missing; a different motherboard than requested,(and one NOT listed on the manufacturers website - rendering help/crucial-mem check impossible);a different memory type from the one requested; a graphics card whose fan keeps falling off; a two month late delivery as they didn't point out that delivery should have been costed into the purchase; PSU-cpu cooling system that is so noisy that I cannot bear to have this PC switched on; and basically a lemon-of-a-computer that has never stably supported an operating system any reasonable (>1 day) period of time.
Their policy is not to accept claims of "shortage or damage unless notification is received in writing WITHIN TWO DAYS OF RECEIPT".
Stay away from this company ... as far away as possible!!!
