“Worst customer service”

I tried to buy this wardrobe less than a week ago when it was being advertised for £136. However, my online transaction was partially declined by Argos for some unknown reason. The money was taken from my account but the order was not placed. Later when I contacted Argos, they were extremely rude on the phone. After a long struggle speaking to multiple people, they eventually said that something went wrong due to some technical fault in their systems and that the have cancelled the order and that the money will come back into my account in the next 3-5 days after which I can place the order again if I wish. They didn't even apologised for this inconvenience. Now when I was going to place the order again, Argos has increased the price by almost 48%. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Besides that Argos is advertising '£3.95 same day delivery' as their selling point. But that is also a lie as the actual price and the delivery time is a lot more than that.
