“WRONG ITEM COLLECTED”

Overall very good quality product. Especially as it was on sale and I got an additional £10 for searching for a code online. Also a quidco related brand so I got some % cash back.

My only downside is I collected the product and the staff were very helpful in opening the gate to the car park etc but they gave me someone else's cupboard! Not ideal! I only noticed when I was about to assemble and saw someone else's name on the box. At first I thought it was just a wrong sticker but when I opened the box it was in fact someone else's cupboard. I called the store up and they were apologetic. I still had to drive back and collect the "right" product. I wasn't given a voucher or a some money back due to the fact I had to drive another 30 mins to collect the right item when it was a staff error. Who will reimburse me for my time and petrol costs?
