“20 weeks and still waiting!!!!”

Ordered, and paid in full January 31st 2016, given approximate delivery time of 8 weeks. After 9 weeks got the phone call to arrange delivery, great.....husband took time off work to accept delivery, we ordered a grey sofa, they delivered cream in the complete wrong range! Apparently ours had been delivered to another customer and unless we wanted a 'used' sofa we had to start the whole process again. customer service is shocking, I had to make numerous calls to find out what had happened After a lot of phone calls we were informed they had mixed the delivery up with another customer. Our order was processed again and we were advised approximately 5 weeks, we are now entering week 8 with no sign of the sofa. we have phoned to chase up and been informed that due to a glitch in the system our sofa is showing as delivered, and due to this glitch nobody can say when it will be delivered. Very frustrating! There is no urgency at all with Harveys to resolve this, we are constantly reminded that we do have something to sit on (as we kept the wrong ones),however this is not the point, we want to complete our front room and move on after recently decorating and this is holding up the final touches. There does not appear to be a fast track system for orders that have gone wrong, we were just put back into the system from the beginning with standard lead times. In my opinion this should not be the case when something has gone wrong. Very frustrated and disappointed as did not expect this from Harvey's, just wish I would have read the reviews first. Its safe to say I would not recommend or use again.
