“very efficient service”

When called to attend my sons car at home, the mechanic who arrived within 20 minutes was very polite, and he very quickly identified and rectified the problem. He wrote down for me the part I would need to get replaced.
After he left, the call centre who had phoned me to inform me when the mechanic was on his way, again phoned me to check if I was satisfied with the service.
I am very happy with the service and the price, and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family
