“Poor customer service”

I received a defective item and the company wants me to pay shipping to return it...plus won't give me my money back....only store credit....mind you, this was an item that was never used...unpacked and it didn't work..I would not recommend anyone order from this company....very very unhappy....and so is my grandson which is waiting for his birthday gift while this company screws around with me
