“Selling goods on their website they don't even have...”

This company is a joke, they trade under different names and when you ring them you get through to an automated service and put on hold for at least 15 minutes before anyone will talk to you. When they do they can't find your order "because their system hasn't updated" and you are asked to call back the next day. I called back 5 times in the same day because each person I eventually got to speak to gave me a different story. I paid by Paypal which was an immediate payment as it goes through my debit card - I was told the payment hadn't cleared - load of rubbish. I asked about the glass twist tables I had ordered to see if they did indeed have stock - she checked with the warehouse and no they didn't but said she would give me an immediate refund - I am still waiting for the refund and have now had to lodge a dispute with Paypal. If I do not get a refund today I am going to Trading Standards, as far as I am concerned a company shouldn't be selling things on their website they don't actually have stock of and have no idea when they can get it back in stock. They are very unprofessional and just con-artists getting away with peoples money. When you are paying £125 per table and you've ordered 2 you want your money back straight away - not when they want to give it back. Stay well clear.
