“Excellent service”

I contacted Dialaflight for assistance in booking flights from Belfast to Seattle. The staff member I dealt with was most helpful from the start. He found different options for me so to allow me to choose the flight route, connecting airports and price that suited me best. I was delighted with his professional manner and eagerness to please my travel needs using a non-forceful attitude. I appreciated that he realised as I was traveling alone that my stops for connecting flights should be short and my luggage checked through to my final destination. He also informed me of the requirement of an ESTA visa. I had problems checking in with my first flight and when I telephoned Dialaflight a staff member checked me in during our call. Dialaflight removed the hassle of booking flights and connecting flights with the added security of assistance at the other end of the telephone at any stage of my travel. They proved to be a credible company and one which I will be recommending to friends and family.
