“Professional available understanding ”

To who it may concern.
I recently used Foreign currency direct to transfer what amounted to most of my life savings from France to England, regrettably during this process my funds got lost for an 8 day period. To say that this was a stressful time is an understatement with a 7 month pregnant wife and 3 other children all moving into a new house and schools in a new country. The fact that nobody on the sending end of the transfer would even answer my calls didn’t help the stress levels to say the least, my blood pressure literally went through the roof ! One person who was there answering every phone call sometimes 3 times a day, with a very cool calm professional reply to my continual pestering, trying to find out where my money had disappeared to --------- . He could have very easily ignored my calls as I fully understand the situation was out of his control, being the receiving bank. But not once was he un – available in fact some days he even called me just to inform me there was no news ! For this my wife and myself thank him and your company for being available understanding and professional, during this highly frustrating situation. When the funds eventually arrived in the UK they were put into sterling and into my account within a working day
