5 bills on the trot charged us extr £12 for late fee even when we payed over the top on payments contacted dizens of times and given same answer very sorry must be an admin problem even though they marked date received in statement a week before due date it's an easy way to scan people who don't check their statements blaming banks for being to slow have cancelled card now and still get letters and calls from them offering me deals I believe the company are slowing before they get caught will close down so not having to pay off claimants be very careful don't go near
