“Horrendous customer service AVOID!!!!”

Absolutely appalling customer service! Rude beyond belief over the phone. Shouting over the top of me speaking, no manager to speak to for FIVE days now..all busy or on other calls! Never missed a payment but still spoken to in an extremely unprofessional and volatile manner. Will NEVER deal with this company again! Would rather stick pins in my eyes than deal with them again. Once they've got your contract agreement they genuinely couldn't give a monkeys*!
Wish we had never gone near this lot. Please please avoid moneybarn at all costs!!
I wish I had known how poor their customer care was before we signed for our loan! Never again-please don't make the same mistake as us!!!
