“Good prices but with nuances”

We decided on this company because their prices were very competitive and give us the facility to pick up and drop off the car at the times we needed for our flights. The car very well, but there are some nuances in terms of price and schedule:
As the rent was for three days (pick up at 22:30 Friday and return on Monday at 6:00) I started paying 30 pounds of gasoline that did not indicate very clearly in the terms when you rent and allow you to return the car with empty tank, but in three days, it is very complicated you get that empty tank so it is not so profitable (perhaps could put as an optional, full or empty tank).
In addition, deposit insurance was 1250 pounds, the highest I've seen in my life and I have rented many cars, the problem is not just the quantity, the problem is that if you are a driver from outside the UK, any payment with another currency entails a charge of at least 2%, so even if you do not do anything to the car, you lose money and the bank takes !! Not Easirent !! Luckily I was able to use credit card and only lost the variation in the exchange (note that some people have a lower limit on the credit card, so maybe a clear warning would be ok).
Finally, I needed to drop off the car at 6:00 on Monday, but no one came until 6:20, so after waiting for the shuttle, I hardly get to my flight at 7:00.
So my only advice is that the terms are clearer for those who are renting, that is all, because for the rest, was so good.
