“Price match offered but not honoured”

The 02 recycle prices were much lower than other companies but the price match promise made them a viable option so I chose them to sell my phone. I filled in all the price match criteria against their recommended competitor websites and low and behold I was only paid the lower amount with no explanation as to why the price match wasn't honoured. I sold my iphone 6s 128gb that was six months old and in A1 condition through the 02 store assured that i would get the price match price and yet here I am £60 poorer. No, I can not in any way recommend 02 recycle.
