“misrepresentation on listing ”

Bought a car from online auction. Car had a reserve on it but it wasnt met but they made me purchase the car or pay a fine. Listed dents as primary damage. once delivered it was a non runner with engine written off.
when complained about it they didnt want to know. Riff off. They always change terms and condition's. they have in house solicitors due to so many people complaining. DO NOT BUY , KEEP WELL AWAY

hope someone takes them to court, currently writing to watchdog and the press.
