Waiting 14 days and still waiting for a written letter to reset my password. Talk to a representatoive - says"I understand" but they are unable to help. Just got an email "your email account has been cancelled".
They are inmpossible to deal with. I need statements so I can transferf my account to TD and I can not get into my account. They have promissed copies by mail - still waiting. The worst company I have ever had to deal with.
