“Extremely poor quality and service!”

I have used this site 3 times, the first time my product arrived within days but was disappointed by its size it was no where near as big as it appeared in the photos.

The second time after chasing both the supplier repeatedly and customer service and I got a refund, this was almost 6 weeks after placing my order!

Again the third time I had to wait 20 days to receive a product which was due to arrive in 7 days! I was told 7 working days and that I would have to wait for over 20 days before it was assumed lost. It did turn up and again I was disappointed with the product. It looked nothing like the photos. I also check for this product on the net and it was cheaper on there.

I used my refund to buy a different product which eventually turned up and were as expected.

I looked at another product as I had a £6 in my wallet, £1 from my refund and a £5 credit. I could only use the £1 on the purchase and had to wait to buy something else to use up their credit! So I ordered the same product from another supplier and got 3 for less than they were charging for 1!!!

Lesson well and truly learnt, I won't be using this site again.
