“Awful customer service - AVOID”

Terrible customer service. It took them 4 weeks to inspect a battery which I sent back (not charging). They told me it had corroded due to use in the wet - although we'd only used it twice in 100% dry conditions. Totally indifferent, impossibly slow and very very shoddy. Avoid at all costs
