the person I dealt with was very helpful on our initial call calmly assiting with the problem and distributing to the relevant areas. In addition to this, he helped to re-direct our incomming calls to mobile during our loss of service allowing us to continue as normal.
the person I dealt with has also gone the extra mile by calling me back with an update on progress which has been very useful to manage expectation throughout our business.
