Phone and broadband disconnected admittedly due to a mistake by open reach but nearly 8 weeks later still no connection.Problem compounded by total lack of communication between timetalk and Open Reach. No one is taking responsibility.Can't believe this industry is not properly regulated. Timetalk could have at least warnd us that our line had been slammed, they could have replied to my letter and they should not have charged us for the engineers visit which was a waste of time anyway.The matter has not been treated with any urgency, the manager promised to phone me twice and didn't bother. Total amateurs Do not use this company
