“Abysmal”

A total nightmare. The shower I bought didn't work properly due to a faulty valve. That was replaced and then the handle didn't fit properly. Despite promises to replace that nothing was done. Emails were acknowledged but not dealt with. Phone calls took over 30 minutes to be answered and then the promised return call never materialised. I wasted hours on this. Eventually I sent it back. The courier firm did not arrive on the day that had been agreed but did on a day I'd already said no one would be in. Processing the refund was the only thing that was handled efficiently once I had reminded them that it was two weeks since the shower had been return. Will never buy anything from them again.
