“Renewal confusion”

Before renewing I visited a comparison and viewed Mce as being competitive so I decided to renew. I thought it would be as simple as that. I went through a series of questions as though I was seeking a quote the out come was a quote more the than the renewal cost! I went online and renewed at the quoted price! I have received no acknowledgement of the renewal although my account has been debited. I have emailed you for an acknowledgment but not heard anything. I am a little nervous everything is ok!
