I spent hours finding a location and flight for my vacation. I quadruple checked everything was correct. I booked the reservation. I didn't think to look at the email confirmation as I checked it so thoroughly when booking. A week before my trip I go to check flight times and notice that CheapTickets defaulted my reservation...flight and hotel to only 1 night instead of the 6 nights I setup. Their customer service was the worst. I spent 2 hours on the phone they ended up charging me an additional $750 just for the flight change. They said that they could get the hotel extended at the same price but they couldn't do it that night. I would have to call back in morning. When I called back they jacked up the price by $150 more per night. They said the prices were always changing and they couldn't guarantee it. Why didn't they just extend when I was on the phone? I ended up having to go to another company website to book for the additional days. I WILL NEVER USE CHEAPTICKETS.COM EVER AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT USE THEM EITHER!!!
