“From ordering through to delivery the service from Oak...”

From ordering through to delivery the service from Oak Furnitureland was excellent.
We opted to pay extra for express delivery as we needed storage space having just moved house.
Contact via text and e-mail was immediate, the date and time slot for delivery was given and confirmed again later. The delivery driver telephoned 30 mins before arrival. He was polite and courteous and placed the furniture where we asked - we knew that unpacking was our responsibillity.
Packing and protection were first class. Instruction say that you should keep packing intact incase you need to return the funiture - that could be difficult to achieve! Not a problem in our case as furniture was fine.
It makes a pleasant change to have good service and I'm only to pleased to compliment the company on that
