“Commendation for Customer Service Rep & Technician”

I sure appreciated the speed with which the customer service understood the problem and my particular need for haste last night. I had a Skype appointment and was short on time and she got me to the tech in record time.

The technician communicated directly and without waste of time or words, straight to the point. However, he was most polite and welcoming, just like the customer representative. He knew that I had a deadline and, boy, did he deliver!! He worked very fast and cleaned up everything, as I had asked. He seemed quite thorough as well.

I was under my own pressure to do well on the Skype call, which was most important business for me. It had been scheduled for 6 pm and in spite of all my extra requests for help, the technician did all in record time. But he did more. I asked if he could check the Skype that I had not used in four years. He did everything and so efficiently.

NOBODY can tell me that GURUAID is not the ABSOLUTE BEST in their profession. It makes me want to visit India to meet such wonderful people.

I also appreciated the supervisor who came online to take my positive feedback.
