Streamline uses fasthost to provide a service, but the quality of the service is quite poor.

I have been with them for 3 years and I have had countless problems that you would not expect from a professional company.

The costs of the services are cheap, there up time is less that 90% and the servers can be down for a few hours at a time.

The Mail service they offer is unreliable, you will find 99% of you email go to spam, they dont offer SPF records or any control over your domain name or DNS settings.



Support is usless and they palm you off, they will make excuses that problems are caused third party, they can also lose all your emails, and better still the mail servers can be down for days at a time.



You will find reviews where they will take additional charges for things that you havent had, the renewal is more than what you pay the first year. They dont send invoivces or any notices to you and they charge your account when they feel like it. They also dont tell you they keep your card details and if they make a mistake they wont give you a refund.. but they will give you the run around.





The good point. its cheap hosting and if you are not too bothered with being over charge and have a sit that can be slow to respond and down a lot of the time, you dont mind emails going missing and you cannot use the domain to send emails that will arrive then this is a perfect hosting solution.



Personally, and shared by many people, avoid them.
