Terrible company do not insure your motorbike with this company.I was in a non fault accident where the 3rd party admitted liability immediately so my insurance company would get paid for everything they do.So as they did nt have to pay for anything you would have thought they would be more than helpful ohhh what a surprise i was in for ,not only would they not send my brand new bike back to the dealer i have to go through their accident repair centre who are not dealer registered so i would lose my bike warranty.Having explained that i want my bike to maintain its warranty and really don t understand what the problem is i was told either use this centre and lose my warranty or sort it out out myself.Staff were rude unhelpful and confrontational so god help anyone who has an accident and are at fault.My policy states in the event of a non fault accident i would receive a replacement bike and surprise surprise guess what no bike unless i do as im told mmm nothing like a bit blackmail to fill you full of confidence.
