Delivered to the wrong address, allowed someone else to take delivery even with a personalised message card attached. No apology, no call back when promised, no offer of another delivery to the correct address, a could not care less attitude. Also the embarrassment of asking how someone liked their birthday flowers, only to be told they never received any such delivery. Now telling me to write in and I may be refunded or part refunded. I will be writing to Trading Standards if I have no satisfaction within the next seven days. Appalling service.
