I haven't made a claim yet so can't comment on that, but my experience so far with Vetsure has been very good. Both people I spoke to were very helpful and friendly on the phone when I took out the policy, and patient with my silly questions! The policy details are clearly explained and the cover seems very good. Recommended by our vet and works direct with them so the claims process should be nice and easy. We switched from More Than who were cheaper to start with but then hiked the premium enormously each year.
