“Downgrade of car”

Don't use as you may not get what you booked of course you cant guarantee a particular make and model of car but if you have booked a car for 5 passengers and 2 pieces of luggage you don't expect to get a car that on take 4 people and 1 piece of luggage and to then be told its a comparable car! its not
