“Rolo Insurance ”

Vetsure has fantastic Customer Service, Adviser took me through all the insurances I could have with all the added extras in great detail. She was very patient with me, I was unsure of the kind of insurance I needed.
After taking me through the insurances facts and amounts the lady's computer crashed, so we had to go through everything again even though this happened the lady was still helpful and kind and took the time to talk to me as an individual.
I felt extremely valued as a new customer, i enjoyed actually talking to the customer service adviser and felt like i had got the right package for me and my pet. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.
