“Flubit good but provider bad”

I am not going to name shame here but the provider of the game I ordered was very slow.

They advertise on their own website next day dispatch; yet through flubit my order is apparently still "dispatched" which was updated only after I messaged the supplier.

I have had good service through Flubit previously but certain suppliers just don't seem reliable.

To sum up and as per the title. Flubit offer a good service and do fetch good prices for us; but some distributors seem to not like people using flubit and actively provide a bad service so you use them directly.
