“Ignored waiting on refund”

I ordered a tracksuit almost a month ago and only got an email 2 weeks ago saying it was out of stock, I asked for a refund and I have had no response. I will be taking this further and will be telling all my Facebook friends not to use them. Clearly run by people with no customer service skills. 5 emails and 2 phone calls to a number that does not allow
messages to be left. Will be taking legal action if this is not sorted, absolute joke of a company .
