They postponed the day of delivery of my Euro football tickets (to a secondary pick-up point) by sending me an e mail suggesting I'd requested the changed date when in fact they had made the change presumably because they couldn't deliver as originally arranged. Very inconvenient for me and deviously dishonest of them.
