I went into a dual contract with virgin mobile, one for mobile and one for sim only rolling contract. Due to bad service and not getting nay coverage at my work place I called these people to cancel just my SIM only roll over contract so I can jump to a different service provided. They said I can't do this and have to stick to them with no network or coverage until my phone contract gets over which is after 1 and a half years. This is pathetic and completely disappointed with the customer service and network coverage. Don't go for virgin mobile at all!
