“Overcharging for no reason.”

We rented a car via Economycarrental for 10 days for 184.89 EUR. On arrival at Eindhoven airport the car was not ready yet so we were offered another, diesel, car for 5 EUR per day extra. Weeks later the credit card receipt shows a total of 279.49. Three emails later from Hertz and not Thrifty, who initially rented us the car, we were told they had to charge extra costs as location fees and tax. Bad customer service. Bad communication. Next time I will go somewhere else for sure.
