“Making it difficult to have claims approved vs other...”

Not a good service. I have to spend hours getting the proper paperwork to have my son seen by a peadeatric specialist. I should not need a gp referral letter sent every time I want to do this. I am paying a great deal for this service and expect that if there is a reason to see the private doctor then axa should cover it and not try to cut costs by making it such a cumbersome process for me that I avoid taking my kids altogethet and resign to just using nhs services. I am shopping around for a better insurer and will plan to switch soon. I will also relay my feedback to my husbands company so they consider switching as well. Pruhealth was a much more reasonable experience.
