The sales rep was very friendly and explained every little detail that I asked for and actually played an important part to convince me with staying with Inmotion Hosting in my search for a new server.

The tech support helped me a lot with the changing servers of 3 websites on different servers. Didn't have any trouble since they do have tutorials for almost everything on their database, and with such good technicians it was quite easy doing the shifting.
