“Excellent windows, service, installation and staff”

From the moment the sales rep visited us, we felt confident using Britelite. The sales rep was polite, friendly and above all, he wasn't pushy - there was no 'Hard sales pitch'. The products were explained without unnecessary jargon, and without the usual need to phone a manager to get a better price, as we had experienced with other companies. The price we were quoted (which was very well priced) was not subject to us signing on that day, again no undue pressure. After confirming a sale with the rep, we were contacted by the customer services team to arrange a surveyor visit. Once again this was completely hassle free. The surveyor was also polite and answered questions about the installation. We were given a rough timescale for the installation, subject to our windows being constructed - a perfectly reasonable 2 week prediction. A date was suggested by the customer service team, who demonstrated plenty of flexibility surrounding the dates offered. The installation was wonderfully done. The fitter was friendly, professional and hard working. The windows were installed in less than a day, all the mess was cleaned and tidied. We are very happy with our windows and the whole experience of dealing with Britelite windows, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Stress free experience; good price; good quality product and well installed - you really can't go wrong with this company.
