“Not fit for purpose”

I bought an Armani watch on the site a few months ago which had a defective metal chain. It comes off every time I move my hand as the latch is defective. I contacted the customer services at Hush Hush and had a reply from them to say they source it from Poland and was given a website address to contact to sort it out. I have since emailed them four times which they have not had the courtesy to acknowledge. I have contacted Hush Hush again and they have promised to get the merchant get back to me and I am still waiting. I cannot wear the watch as it is not fit for purpose. Hush Hush true to their name have gone hush since. Please do not buy anything from the site as they will not reimburse or offer an alternative should things go wrong. I will consider taking this up after speaking to Citizen's advice bureau.
