“Terrible Service”

I ordered flowers and balloons for my Daughter's Birthday. They were supposed to be delivered on May 13th at her job. She never received them. I called customer service, they kept me on hold for 15 minutes. I was told they would deliver them at her home on her actual birthdate...the 14th before 12:00pm. At 3:00pm I called and was informed that they didn't deliver on Saturday's. WHY was I promised that date if they knew they could not follow through on their promise????? This company is the worst I have EVER used and will not use again. Beware!!!
