we were informed via email that there had been changes to the 2nd leg of our flight from Edinburgh to Savannah, well in advance of leaving for our vacation.
We were very happy to accept the changes that had been made to the schedule and in our dealing, she explained what we had to do, and within days of the initial email the changes had been made and the e-tickets received.
We were very impressed with the service and the speed in which the changes were made.
We would not hesitate in recommending the Travel-up service to friends and family and to use it again for ourselves in future travel.
