They lost our order but took the money. After about 5 calls and being put on hold for about 2 hours in total we had to contact our bank to get a code. When rang back they still messed about and kept putting us on hold. No apology and totally inefficient. Made absolutely no effort to try to find our order or reinstate it even though they knew they had taken the money but not delivered anything.
