“Late delivery”

I paid in full for a corner settee and was told it would take 12-17 weeks for delivery I'm know in to my 18th week and just been told it would take a further 3 weeks, I have just come out of hospital after having heart problems and sitting on a deck chair as I was told to make sure my room was empty ready for the delivery which I done. I have asked if I can have refund and was told I would have to wait until the delivery date before I could make a complaint or get any money back which is total unfair they were quick to take payment but not as quick to give me money back. I have asked if the store in Pontypridd could lone me a settee and was told I would get a ring back but still waiting for that call
