I applied for a few jobs on their website whilst temping and was later approach for a position that I have not applied for. They promised a permanent position with excellent training and progression opportunities. I went for the interview and liked what I heard, and as they wanted an immediate start, I started the next day.
Thats when it all went wrong. I was given a six month contract, no training, awful lot of responsibility for very little pay and due to the responsibility that comes with my role and lack of support, I am unable to take any time off due to business need. Unfortunately due to Reed being one of the biggest recruiters in the area and them having placed me, I have no chance of getting any more employment through them as they would benefit from me staying where I am. They lie, mislead and only care about comission.
