“The holiday that never was!”

We booked the holiday in September 2015 to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The holiday was to be a tour of Rome, Sorrento, Pompeii and Capri (We toured Italy for our 5th anniversary and loved it) I Learnt today (11th May 2016) that the tour / Holiday had been cancelled. No alternative holiday for the same dates were offered and we were only offered the same holiday two weeks after that date which we are unable to take due to work arrangements and the fact that it won't be our anniversary on that date. This was probably to be the last time we had an holiday as a family.

The attitude of the company was that they didn't really care and that they were more interested in profit margins than customer satisfaction.

To say that we are disappointed is an understatement, All I can do now is warn others to avoid them as we have found them to be an unreliable company.
