they are the pits ..
after signing up with them and being informed on the telephone are our accounts set up fee would be refunded it wasnt!
we then intergrated the system with our website and started to take orders.
unaware with most certainly not informed 2 checkout decided to with hold 15% in reserve. no contact about this even it states they discuss this with seller on their terms.they refuse to answer why they had done
all was ok, we had been verified, the sale had been passed,verified and were told payment would be made today. then the excuses start ringing.
we were then told we were still being verified,strange how we have email proof of a satisfactory verifiction from them.
then the tell us they will not be paying out as the order is under fraud screening, the order has already passed fraud screening, 2 checkout even called the customer to verify the goods had been delivered which of course they had been delivered. so i asked why they hadnt paid out? no response from 2 checkout.
worried about other orders we decided to refund 2 customers and then call 2 checkout to ask what they were playing at and why they r playing games with payment.
they then tell us payment will be made xmas day... so i got my friend to call up who is also a merchant and he was told no payments xmas day.
it seems 2 checkout do their best not to pay out and lir to their clients.
i then asked for a manager..said they call me back in 2 hours. no phone call nothing.
emails remains unresponded to.
TO CAP THINGS OFF THEY THEN CLOSED OUR ACCOUNT, NO REASON WHAT SO EVER.
do not use 2 checkout.. they will take your money and then also claim you no rights asper their terms.
