Initial very impressed with Planet Hippo, easy to set up a domain and plenty of support to get started. This all went sour when i was locked out of my account on a Saturday - the promised 24h 7days a week support only seems to apply if you can access you email or the "CPanel". The 0845 number is awful on hold for the best part of half an hour without anyone answering and the Livechat on the website proved to be of no help whatsoever an wasted an hour of my time.
